A. We only share your limited data with courier company for delivery purposes. Apart from that all data is kept strictly confidential. 

Q. How do I track my order?
A. You can check status of your order using order history on TSMPK website. Once shipped your tracking number will be sent to you via email and SMS along with tracking link.

Q. What happens if my order is lost or damaged during delivery?
A. We at TSMPK take full responsibility of your order till it is delivered to you in good health. So in such an incident you will either be refunded or replacement will be dispatched. For further information, please review following link

Q. Can I update/change my order? If yes, how?
A. Yes, you can change your order as long as it is not in packing stage and beyond. If the status is (Placed, Processing, awaiting payment verification, verified payment, awaiting customer correspondence) you can inbox us on FB or Insta to change order.

Q. Can I cancel my order? If yes, How?
A. Yes, you can cancel the order as long as it is not shipped. You can simply inbox us your order ID on FB or Insta. Once shipped, we can't cancel the order and you will be charged double delivery and bank transfer as payment option for next order if you refuse to accept the order.
