Terms & Conditions

We endeavor to bring you the best skincare products from all over the world after thorough research.  However following points are being agreed by a client upon buying from us:

1. We are not the manufacturers of the products and are just the sellers.

2. We try our best to get across the products with best online and customer reviews (based upon over 7 years of selling Korean and other skincare stuff).

3. It is the responsibility of the customers to read the online reviews on Google before buying from us, and make sure that your skin is not allergic to any of the ingredients in them.

4. The Skin Maskuerade assumes no responsibility in case of an adverse skin condition resulting from the use of the products purchased from us.

5. The amount for the products will be refunded based upon the damage caused to the product during shipping only. No refunds will be made in case of a product not suiting a client.

6. In case a client refuses to accept a dispatched order due to any reason, additional delivery charges of Rs 250 will apply for their next order and in future we will only accept direct bank transfer as mode of payment from them.

7. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client without assigning any reason.

8. Coupons will not be applicable during sale on our website.

9. Complaints of missing, damaged, leaked or bad product must be filed within 48Hrs of receiving your order. Company will take at least 72Hrs to investigate the case before making the decision. 

10. In case a Bank Transfer (Pre-Paid) order is found delivered and the client claims that they haven't received it, further resolution of the dispute will be done after investigation with the courier company only, which may take up to a few days.

11. Free samples are not added in orders, placed during Sale. 

12. We reserve the right to take legal action in case of unsubstantiated defamation attempts.

13. It is understood implicitly that the clients have researched the products and their ingredient before placing the orders. It is impossible for us to research each and every product and it's ingredients, therefore clients must do their due diligence before placing the orders.

14. If a client returns a product to us, it is the client's responsibility to ensure delivery till us by keeping in coordination with the dispatch courier company.

15. It is understood that the product return will be processed as mentioned in the Returns Policy on our website.

16. The clients implicitly agree to our Return Policy as mention on our website by checking out.

At the time of checking out, it is implicitly understood that you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
